Speaker: Priscila Santos, CPA from Excellence Accounting and Tax Services

Priscila Santos is a Certified Public Accountant and a partner at Excellence Accounting and Tax Services. Priscila has over 12 years of professional experience in accounting, taxation, and auditing. Priscila loves building relationships with people she meets and her goal is to help others become successful. Priscila grew up with a passion for business and started her own at the age of 10 where she learned the importance of minimizing cost and liabilities in order to maximize profit.

Priscila obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Temple University’s Fox School of Business. She also attended Philadelphia University’s Masters in Taxation Program. She began her career at the City of Philadelphia’s Controller’s office as an auditor. She recommended ways for the city to raise $24M in revenue without having to raise taxes. Priscila’s experience includes tax planning, research, tax examinations, dealing with various taxing authorities and tax return preparation.

She is very active in professional, business and community organizations. Priscila is a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals and National Society of Tax Professionals. Priscila holds several leadership positions, including President of the Fishtown Area Business Association, Executive Board Member of the Young Asian American Professionals, and Organizer of the Women’s Power Networking Chapter in Northern Liberties.

In addition, we are giving away free seminars and bike racks for small-business owners. The criteria for the bike racks and free seminars are only provided during the meeting. Make sure you can attend.
