Sustainable 19125 is happy to introduce our new Deep Green Seminars, a place where people interested in urban sustainability and the complexities of environmental conservation can speak with and learn from experts in various fields.
On Tuesday, January 24th from 6-7pm, our guest Alex Dews, the Program & Policy Director at the Mayor’s Office of Sustainability (MOS), will speak on the challenges of urban sustainability from the city government’s perspective, covering some best and not-so-great practices in urban greening and what we can learn from each. Alex will also be talking about how to meet the challenge of changing people’s behavior with regard to sustainability.
So, bring your friends, questions, and an appetite to learn!
